Soboba Casino Resort is a luxury destination featuring a 6-story, 200-room hotel and spa, an 85,000SF gaming floor, 25,000SF event space, and numerous restaurants. Morrow Meadows was involved with conceptual design, reviewing documents and reworking the single-line distribution system. This eliminated unnecessary electrical equipment, saving space and cost. Our Title 24 consulting and fixture revisions also delivered significant savings. BIM modeling began with underground systems before construction drawings were finalized, covering underground and overhead pathways, lighting, and support systems. This proactive approach prevented costly changes and delays, ensuring efficient project delivery.
