Description

The Neurocrine Biosciences campus is one of San Diego’s largest life science facilities, encompassing four buildings and a Central Utility Plant (CUP). Two of the buildings are tenant improvements (TI) designated for office space, while the other two are newly constructed from the ground up, featuring a vivarium, laboratories, and additional office spaces. The campus is equipped with a 2MW generator to provide emergency backup power. Morrow Meadows’ scope of work included the tenant improvement of Building 1 and Building 2, as well as the Core & Shell and TI of Building 3 and Building 4. These state-of-the-art lab facilities involved a complex lighting package and specialized lab equipment.
